TheAdmins Appoints Business Development and Accounting Managers to Team

SUMMIT, N.J. – May 19, 2010 – TheAdmins, a value-added reseller (VAR) that provides access infrastructure, disaster recovery, information security and virtualization services, today announced that Ron San Chirico and Lisa Matturri have been appointed business development manager and accounting manager respectively. San Chirico’s responsibilities include managing the relationships with new and existing TheAdmins customers and partners. Matturri is responsible for managing the company’s financial activity.

San Chirico started his career as a systems engineer and has more than 20 years of account management experience, working with both SMBs and Fortune 500 companies. He has an extensive background in security, virtualization, application delivery and IT infrastructure, and holds certifications with Citrix® and VMware®.

Matturri comes to TheAdmins with 13 years of experience in accounting and finance, with practice areas of financial accounting for businesses in the data security, communications, legal and real estate industries. She holds a BS degree from William Paterson University.

TheAdmins Named to Inc. 5000's, America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

SUMMIT, N.J. – August 12, 2009 – Today, TheAdmins, a value-added reseller (VAR) providing virtualization, application delivery, data security, network infrastructure and storage/business continuity services, announced it was ranked 2,264th in Inc. magazine’s third annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s independent-minded entrepreneurs.

The 2009 Inc. 5000, unveiled today on Inc.com, serves as a unique report card on the U.S. economy. Despite the ongoing recession, aggregate revenue among the companies on the list actually increased to $214 billion, up $29 billion from last year, with a median three-year growth rate of 126 percent. The Inc. 5000 are responsible for creating more than 1 million jobs since their founding, making the list perhaps the best example of the impact private, fast-growing companies can have on the economy. IT Services, the Inc. 5000 category in which TheAdmins was included, had the most companies on this year’s list with 658, and an aggregate revenue of $13.2 billion in 2008.

Methodology

The Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2008. Revenue in 2005 must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in 2008 must have been at least $2 million. The top 10 percent of companies on the list comprise the Inc. 500, now in its 28th year.

TheAdmins Introduces 24x7 Technology Support Services

Continuous Support Offering Provides Certified IT Services Support Experts at a Fraction of the Cost

SUMMIT, N.J. – July 29, 2009 –In an effort to address the rising demand among businesses for a more comprehensive, cost-effective IT services support solution, TheAdmins, a value-added reseller (VAR) providing virtualization, application delivery, data security, network infrastructure and storage/business continuity services, today announced the introduction of its Continuous Support Offering (CSO). TheAdmins CSO is a service level agreement (SLA)-based support service designed to supplement IT services staff in resolving technology-critical issues with select Citrix®, Microsoft®, VMware® and Cisco® products.

Traditionally, companies have purchased IT services support agreements directly from manufacturers to serve as a lifeline in the event of an emergency. However, the reality is that many of these agreements serve as a mere insurance policy, and if unused, result in lost fees – only to be renewed again the following year. Also, manufacturer support is typically limited to the manufacturing company’s product line only – resulting in very specific and restricted support.

Continuous Support Offering Availability and Pricing

TheAdmins CSO is available now to new and existing TheAdmins customers. The cost of the service is $6,250 annually for 25 support hours, which can be used for telephone or on-site support seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Upon depletion of the purchased hours, replenishment options are available. Any time remaining at the end of 12 months may be used for other TheAdmins IT services, such as projects, staff supplementation, system management and troubleshooting.

“If you think about it, direct manufacturer support for per incident-based agreements is typically $20,000 or more annually and does not normally include on-site support,” said Muscara. “With TheAdmins CSO, clients are gaining access to our certified experts for technology support across a wide range of products at a fraction of the cost.”
